Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
Preparation
    Combine onion, celery, green pepper and butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Microwave at 100% power for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in flour and gradually add milk. Microwave at 100% for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until boiling and thickened, stirring twice.
    Add a little hot mixture to yolks and blend well.
    Return to casserole.
    Add seasonings.
    Stir in 1/2 of cheese and crabmeat.
    Cover with casserole lid.
    Microwave at 100% power for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of casserole.
    Microwave at 100% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
