Aunt Lill'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    flour
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place a layer of potatoes in baking dish and top with some onion.
    Sift a little flour over this layer.
    Add 2 more layers.
    Don't put flour on top layer.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Add a bit of salt and pepper.
    Add water until you can see it on the side of the dish.
    Cover and bake about an hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake it a little longer.
