Chicken Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cut into 1/8-inch slices (2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. broccoli flowerets (20 oz. frozen)
    1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    dash of garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine chicken, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Place broccoli and 1/2 cup chicken broth in wok.
    Cook with medium heat until stems are tender.
    Push up the side of wok.
    Increase heat to high.
    Add chicken mixture and garlic powder.
    Stir-fry until chicken turns white and is cooked.
    Combine cornstarch with remaining 1/2 of broth.
    Stir into wok and heat until thickened. Serve over bed of rice and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
