Mallie'S Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can applesauce
2 1/2 c. (1 pkg.) lime flavored gelatin
1 c. sweet ginger ale
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated orange rind

Preparation

Heat applesauce to boiling point.
Add lime gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in ginger ale and orange rind.
Pour into 1 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
