Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Beat egg in small bowl.
    Melt shortening and cool.
    Add milk to egg, then stir this mixture into dry mixture.
    Before completely blended, add shortening and stir enough just to mix ingredients.
    Add blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin tin to 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Yields 1 dozen muffins.
