Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    refried beans and jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Combine soup and enchilada sauce.
    Grease a large casserole and layer tortillas and meat mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Repeat layers until all mixture is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
