Mandarin Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. ham, cubed
    13 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
    16 oz. Bing cherries
    11 oz. mandarin oranges
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine ham, pineapple, cherries, oranges and marshmallows.
    Mix sour cream, mayo and rice.
    Pour sour cream mixture over other ingredients and gently fold everything together. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 6 to 8 generously.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
