Chili Burgers(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 can healthy tomato soup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions in a pan. Drain fat, add soup and chili powder. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
