Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles (egg noodles)
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling salted water.
Rinse and drain.
Brown meat in butter.
Add salt, pepper and garlic salt, then add tomato sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
In another dish, combine sour crem, onions and noodles.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture.
Begin with noodles ending with meat.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
