Tandouri Chicken(Silver Bowl Winner 1994) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 - 1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. cardamon
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp. ground cloves (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 - 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    juice of one lemon
    2 c. prepared wild rice
Preparation
    Rinse and dry chicken breasts.
    Score each breast two or three times on each side.
    Combine other ingredients (except rice) in a bowl.
    Note:
    Chicken may be allowed to marinate in mixture overnight.
    Brush chicken with sauce.
    Place on grill or in broiler.
    Cook, covered; turning and basting every 5 to 10 minutes until juices run clear.
    Serve chicken on rice.
