Southwest Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken (skinless and boneless), diced
1/4 c. oil
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
3 cans Great Northern white beans
1 c. salsa
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 block Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1/2 block Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. water
Preparation

Pour oil in a large pot. Add diced chicken, garlic powder and onion powder. Saute chicken until it is no longer pink and juices run clear. Add beans (do not drain), salsa, cumin and cheeses. Stir. Add 1 cup of water. Cook 2 hours on medium/low heat.
