Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 pkg. frozen French fries
1 tsp. salt
1 doz. eggs
6 slices American cheese
Preparation

In a electric skillet, fry 10 slices bacon.
Remove and drain about
4 tablespoons grease.
Place frozen French fries in pan and brown.
Sprinkle
with
salt
and
pepper to taste. Cover pan and cook over
low
heat until browned.
Mix 1 dozen eggs and pour over
browned
fries.
Reduce
heat
and
cover. Cook 3 minutes and add
bacon
and cheese and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, until eggs are set.
Cut into squares and serve with cinnamon rolls and fruit.
