Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
