Peanut Loaf(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. cooked brown rice
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    1/4 lb. grated cheese
    1/2 c. milk*
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion until light brown.
    Add to cooked rice. Add rest of ingredients and mix lightly.
    Put in loaf pan or casserole and bake about 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
