Salsa Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 green or red peppers
    2 tomatoes, seeded
    1 cucumber, seeded
    1 red or yellow onion
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
    1 (20 oz.) jar prepared salsa
Preparation
    Chop all of the vegetables in bite-sized pieces in a 3-quart bowl. Add prepared salsa; mix and serve with corn chips of your choice.
