Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can kidney beans
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown turkey. Drain any excess fat. Add onion, pepper and garlic. Stir until onion changes color.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    (One cup with 5 crackers equals 8 grams total fat.)
