Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryer chickens, boiled (about 3 lb.)
1 1/2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Cool chicken.
Remove from bone.
Cut into bite-size pieces and set aside.
Thaw the broccoli so that it breaks up easily. Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk.
Spread frozen broccoli into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Spread chicken evenly over broccoli, then spread soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over soup.
Top with stuffing mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
