Garlic Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large blue claw crabs
    2 full bulbs garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. bay seasoning
    1 large bay leaf
Preparation
    Bring 8 quarts water to boil in a large pot.
    Separate garlic into cloves, mash and add to boiling water with the salt, bay seasoning and bay leaf.
    Add crabs.
    Bring to a second boil. Remove crabs.
    Remove claws from crabs.
    Take off top shell. Clean, cut in half and put back in pot.
    Let stand for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
    Take out all crabs and enjoy.
    Great with beer or white wine.
    Serves 4.
