Dave Titus' Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-boiled egg, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
3 Tbsp. finely chopped green olives
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
fresh, cooked shrimp
lettuce
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and chill.
When ready to serve, arrange peeled shrimp on lettuce and pour sauce over the shrimp.
