Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced green tomatoes
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, margarine, lemon juice and salt in a saucepan.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix flour, cinnamon and sugar together and add to the tomato mixture.
Simmer for a few minutes longer, until thickened.
Pour into the unbaked pie shell and cover with top crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Tastes like apple pie.
This is an old one, been around for a long time.
