Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peaches
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate crumb crust or graham cracker crust or 1 baked pastry shell
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding or lemon
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. whipping cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Peel, pit and slice fruit into crust.
    Mix cream; beat until stiff or use Cool Whip.
    Prepare pudding, using only 1 cup milk. Fold whipping cream (or Cool Whip) and lemon extract into pudding. Carefully spoon over peaches.
    Refrigerate about 15 minutes before serving.
    (Do not fold cream mixture into peaches, as the fruit tends to weep.)
