Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless breast
    garlic cloves
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 stick butter
    1 large can mushrooms
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. wine
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken in pieces and rub with garlic.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
    Melt oil and butter in skillet.
    Brown chicken.
    Remove chicken and place in casserole.
    Add mushrooms, water, wine and parsley.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender. Baste, adding more water if needed.
