Beer Batter Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. beer (depending on consistency desired)
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cornstarch
