Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    1 1/3 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 10 oz. fresh broccoli, steamed
Preparation
    Add hot water to onion soup mix; stir.
    Add rice, margarine, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Place broccoli in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour rice mixture over broccoli.
    Cover with a tight fitting lid.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
