Ham-Orange Mini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. shredded orange peel
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sour cream dip with chives
1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 pkg. (10) refrigerated biscuits
paprika

Preparation

For the
filling,
in
a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream
cheese,
milk, finely shredded orange peel and the dry mustard;
mix well. Fold in the sour cream dip and the finely diced ham.
