Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. orange rind
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 bag mini marshmallows (for topping)
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and boil until tender.
    Drain potatoes well. Using ricer, rice potatoes into a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and whip until fluffy.
    Place in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with mini marshmallows.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
