Cathie'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. caramels
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Mix cake mix, 3/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup nuts.
    Put 2/3 of the batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 6 minutes at 350\u00b0. Pour chocolate chips and caramel mixture over cake.
    Top with remaining batter and bake 15 to 18 minutes.
