Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
dash of salt
5 Tbsp. lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
Combine flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly and press into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
