Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, mashed and seasoned with onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 pkg. herb stuffing crumbs
Preparation
    Toss butter with stuffing.
    Spread half of stuffing in baking dish.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over stuffing.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
