Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Stir in lemon rind, juice, well beaten egg yolks and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 8-inch casserole.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Serve cold or warm, plain or with whipped cream.
