Italian Sloppy Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 French rolls (6 to 8-inch), split
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In 1-quart casserole, combine sausage, onion and green pepper. Cover.
    Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring several times to break apart.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, catsup and Italian seasoning.
    Microwave at High for 2 to 4 minutes, or until mixture is hot and flavors are blended, stirring once.
    Set aside.
