Pickled Veggies(For The Fridge) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. vinegar
    1 c. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. cauliflower flowerettes
    2 c. carrots, cut bite-sized
    2 rings celery, cut bite-sized
    1 c. tiny onions (or onion rings)
    1 sweet red pepper, sliced in rings
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, salt, sugar and celery seed in pan and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and pepper flakes and cook for 3 minutes. Cool. Place in jars and store in refrigerator. Ready to eat in a few hours.
