Sausage Bites (Small) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    3 c. of self-rising flour
Preparation
    Heat together cheese and sausage in sauce pan.
    Stir with wooden spoon until cheese is melted.
    Stir in 3 cups of flour until smooth.
    Cool, then chill for about 1 hour.
    Form into balls about the size of a nickel.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
    Remove and drain.
