Baked Jack Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. fresh corn kernels or 2 c. canned white corn or frozen Shoepeg corn
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    4 1/2 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all except Cheddar cheese.
    Pour in greased 2-quart dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
