Aunt Josie'S Cravable Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. corn oil
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a souffle dish sprayed with Pam.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
