Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, minced
    1 small carrot, grated
    1/2 pt. sour cream plus 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and carrots; then drain.
    Combine soup and milk mixture with sour cream.
    Fold in drained squash, onion and carrots.
    Combine stuffing mix and melted margarine.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; then spoon squash mixture over this.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
