Researchers' Choco-Nutties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sunflower or safflower oil
    1/2 c. FruitSource or 1/3 c. honey
    egg replacer for 1 egg
    1/2 medium banana
    2/3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 c. carob powder
    1 Tbsp. coffee substitute (optional)
    1 c. coarsely ground walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine oil, sweetener, egg replacer and banana in food processor.
    Mix in flour, carob and coffee substitute.
    Stir in walnuts, vanilla and salt.
    Drop by teaspoons onto an oiled cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields 18 to 20 cookies.
