Mexican Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry rice
    3 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook the rice in the water for 15 minutes and rinse.
    Mix the cooked rice with the other ingredients and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
