Cuban Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 medium can pineapple chunks
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut avocado into pieces; add pineapple.
Mix vinegar, oil, water and sugar.
Add to avocado and pineapple.
Toss well. Makes 4 servings.
