Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Idaho potatoes
    margarine
    milk
    sour cream
    salt and pepper
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Slice in half lengthwise.
    Scoop potatoes out of skins and place in large mixing bowl.
    Add margarine, milk and sour cream.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
    Put potato mixture back in skins.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Reheat in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Freezes well.
