Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. diced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. rice, prepared
    1 egg
    1 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers.
    Remove stems and seeds.
    Wash and drain. Combine meat, onions, salt, pepper, boiled rice, egg and 1/2 can tomato soup; mix well. Stuff peppers with this mixture. Place stuffed peppers in covered saucepan. Add rest of tomato soup with enough water to have 1 1/2-inches in the pan.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.
