Lemon Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large lemon
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Sift sugar, flour and salt together into double boiler.
    Add butter and hot water, stirring well.
    Add the juice from the lemon and grated rind from the lemon.
    Cool until thickened.
    Just before you take off the heat put in beaten egg yolks.
    Mix well. Pour into baked pie shell in 9-inch pie pan.
