Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. apples, chopped
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 c. nut kernels
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
