Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pickled beets, chopped
1/2 c. pecans or almonds, chopped
container of sour cream
Preparation

Use juice from pineapple and beets to make 1 cup of liquid. To make Jell-O, use 1 cup boiling water and the cup of juice.
Add beets, pineapple and nuts after Jell-O begins to thicken.
Serve with sour cream.
