Overnite Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast, soaked in 1 c. warm water
    3 eggs
    17 c. flour
Preparation
    Start at 1:00 p.m.
    Boil water, salt and sugar for 5 minutes. Add shortening and cool.
    Add flour to cooled liquid.
    Add softened yeast.
    Beat well.
    Add eggs.
    Knead for 10 minutes. Dough will be double at 6:00 p.m.
    Knead down at 9:00 p.m.
    Shape and put in greased pans.
    Let stand overnight.
    In the morning, bake at 420\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
