Pork And Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. whole fresh mushrooms
2 pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 acorn squash, halved
pepper
seasoned salt
garlic powder
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Trim fat from chops.
Sprinkle both sides generously with pepper, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
Place on large piece of heavy-duty foil.
Put squash on top of chops.
Fill hollows with brown sugar, honey and oleo.
Put mushrooms on top of chops.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Put on baking sheet and bake about an hour or until tender.
Serves 2.
