Heavenly Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Dutch process cocoa powder
1 tsp. water
Preparation

In a small heavy saucepan, combine the skim milk, evaporated skim milk and sugar.
Heat, uncovered, over low heat until the milk bubbles gently, about 5 minutes.
