Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. rump roast
1 bay leaf
dash of oregano
2 tsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 c. water
3 c. water
3 green peppers, cut into strips
kaiser rolls
Preparation

Salt and pepper meat that has been placed in the Dutch oven. Add bay leaf, oregano, vinegar, caraway seed and first 1/2 cup of water.
Cook slowly for three hours.
