Fancy Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix or diced onions or onion powder
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can Franco-American beef gravy
Preparation
    Squish all ingredients together except butter.
    Form nice, thick patties.
    Saute in butter on low-to-medium heat until brown on the outside.
    Simmer on low about 30 minutes.
    Add gravy and serve with mashed potatoes or on burger buns.
