Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, buttered
    5 eggs
    salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with bread.
    Brown sausage; drain. Crumble over bread.
    Put cheese over sausage.
    Beat eggs.
    Add mustard and half and half.
    Pour over cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
